After 25 consecutive days of hard work, with the low roar of XCMG's lifting equipment engine, the last steel box girder hoisting section of the steel-concrete composite beam across national highway 107 on the Beijing Shenzhen Road overpass constructed in the seventh work area of Beijing section of Jingxiong expressway was slowly put in place, and the steel girder closing was successfully completed. The steel girder hoisting was completed 2 days ahead of the original plan, creating conditions for the subsequent bridge deck construction.
According to the relevant person in charge, the total length of the left and right sides of the bridge is 250m, and the width across Beijing Shenzhen road is 21m. Three span continuous equal height steel-concrete composite beams are adopted, and the main span reaches 55m. After completion, the net height under the bridge is 5.5m. The left and right separated design is adopted for the whole bridge, with a total of 45 steel beam assembly sections. The construction is difficult and the safety risk is high.
XCMG GKS21 undertakes a series of complicated tasks such as bridge reinforcement and equipment installation under viaduct. More importantly, in order to ensure the normal traffic of national highway 107 during the morning peak period, the connection of various works must be accurate to minutes, which puts forward high requirements for the stability and accuracy of high-altitude operation.
Time is tight and the task is heavy. In this careful deployment, XCMG GKS21 gave full play to its excellent performance to the greatest extent—the 3D scanning and accurate positioning functions of the console improved the installation accuracy; At the same time, the stable mechanical arm and high-altitude platform of XCMG's high-altitude work vehicle can ensure that it will not move in the wind below level 4, ensure that the high-altitude workers can work "like walking on the ground", and greatly improve the operation efficiency of bridge reinforcement and equipment installation.
After a whole night of intensive work, all construction was finally completed before 5 a.m. XCMG's equipment is stable and reliable, and has won the unanimous recognition of the staff present!
After the Beijing section of Jingxiong expressway is completed, the whole line will become the most convenient highway channel connecting xiong'an New Area in Beijing, and the traffic time between the two places will be shortened to 1 hour.
